- Description
- The Space Development Agency (SDA) seeks inputs on its T2 Tracking Layer for Future Proliferated Warfighter Space Architectures Request for Information (RFI). The Space Development Agency (SDA) seeks industry feedback on a LEO Tracking Layer architecture that will provide global surveillance and targeting as a service with a 24/7/365 Missile Warning, Missile Tracking, and Missile Defense (MW/MT/MD) capability that is integrated for data routing with the Transport Layer.� This Request for Information inquires about mature infrared payloads for space-based sensing, constellation architecture(s), resiliency methods, and mission data processing parameters.� Responses to this RFI will inform SDA�s Tranche 2 Tracking Layer planning in fiscal year 2023 for subsequent contract award in FY2024.� In its Tranche 2 Tracking Layer, SDA seeks to provide near-global Missile Warning and Tracking stereoscopic coverage, along with an initial Missile Defense fire control capability, to begin launching in mid-FY2027. If you do not have classified email access, please contact us at the above email address to discuss additional options.�� Requests received from organizations that do not possess a facility clearance of at least Secret will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. SDA will endeavor to respond to all requests in the order that they are received. All feedback should be provided via email to no later than April 10, 2023 at 12:00pm, Eastern, with the subject line ""SDA T2 Tracking Layer RFI Response [-Vendor Name].""
