- The purpose of this is to satisfy rapid acquisition of the procurement and delivery of VHF kits. �The Contractor shall also secure/provide storage for previously procured kit components.� Parts The Contractor provides will only be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts with a Certificate of Conformity and all parts must be new. No Contractor furnished repaired, refurbished, reclaimed or reused parts are authorized for this kit build of VHF Reroute kits for the MC-130J aircraft.
