- 3.13.23: Amendment 0001 Posted. The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions, update CLIN 0002 from 200 Soldiers to 1400 Soldiers at RSC Panther and extend the quote due date from March 14, 2023 at 10:00 AM Local time to March 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM Local time. Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3053 will be issued on Monday, February 27, 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Sustainment Support Services at multiple training sites in and around Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) in Butlerville, IN and Camp Atterbury Joit Maneuver Training Center (CAMJMTC) in Edinburgh, IN. The performance period is April 1, 2023 to May 16, 2023.� Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.� As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.� The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 2:00 PM CST, Thursday March 9, 2023. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
