Martin Luther King St. East- Main St. South- W. Southside Blvd. West- 9th St. Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,286 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Building can not be located near a school or day care facility. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2- percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain).
