Description

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements� based on Experimental Continuity: The item(s) must be consistent with prior materials to ensure experimental continuity. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Nyobolt, Inc. at 200 West Street, Waltham, MA 02451-1121, for the acquisition of Fifteen (15) Fast Charge Li-ion cells at two-point eight Amp hours (2.8 Ah) with option for 50 multilayer pouch cells at six (6) Ah. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government does not intend to use Part 12 for this acquisition. Responses to this notice are due on or before 3:00 pm eastern standard time 28 March 2023.
