The contractor shall provide program and management support to monitor, control, and maintain VEO contact center services to Veterans, their beneficiaries, caregivers, survivors, and advocates. The contractor shall understand and have experience with the process of effectively engaging customers to recover the damage done from a prior poor customer experience. Contractor staff shall answer inquiries, provide directory assistance, document concerns about VA care, benefits and services, and route contacts and cases appropriately within VA to resolve the concern. �
