Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to DLT Solutions, LLC, located at 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20171, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the renewal of the AutoDesk Licenses. The AutoDesk licensing agreements are exclusive to DLT Solutions, LLC. They are the only vendor that can provide the renewal of these licenses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $30,000,000.00. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via EMAIL ONLY to alexandra.m.biro2.civ@army.mil and brandon.j.rivett.civ@army.mil no later than 1500 EST 29 March 2023. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
