AMENDMENT 0003 (04 MAR 2023) - Provide responses to RFIs received in response to the solicitation, add language to section SF-330 Submission Requirements of the Synopsis attachment and rename files, as an administrative change only, that have been posted in PIEE to correspond to the Amendment issued under solicitation N62473-23-R-1201 in the Solicitation Module. AMENDMENT 0002 (08 MAR 2023) - Provide responses to RFIs received in response to the solicitation. AMENDMENT 0001 (03 MAR 2023) - Provide responses to RFIs received in response to the solicitation. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. This procurement will result in one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Building Commissioning Architect-Engineer (AE) services for various projects at various military installations located in the NAVFAC Southwest (SW) Area of Responsibility (AOR): California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, but may include work worldwide. The preponderance of work is expected to be in Southern California. Primary A-E Services: A-E services required include performing total building commissioning services during the design, construction, and building occupancy phases of a project including verifying and documenting that all of the commissioned systems and assemblies are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet a project?s requirements. Types of systems, equipment, and associated controls may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems (mechanical and passive) and associated controls 2. Air-curtain systems 3. Lighting systems: automatic and manual daylighting controls, occupancy sensing devices, automatic shut-off controls, time switching, and other lighting control devices, and dimming systems 4. Domestic hot-water systems and controls 5. Water pumping and mixing systems over 4 kW (5 hp) and purification systems 6. Irrigation system performance that uses more than 4000 L (1000 gal) per day 7. Renewable energy systems and energy storage systems 8. Energy and building management and demand-control systems 9. Building Envelope: air tightness for the entire building envelope (systems, components, and assemblies)
