Benchtop Reconfigurable Automatic Tester (BRAT) PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to meet the requirement for repair and calibration support of the BRAT. This includes repair data, analysis, problem investigation, problem resolution, validation, and integration testing. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) for this requirement is the repair and calibration of 50 modules per year in support of the National Stock Numbers (NSNs) listed below in Table 1. The projected period of performance for repair and calibration support would be 12 months. The testers provide analog, digital and radio frequency testing capabilities in support of a diverse range of modules. The contractor will support up to 81 separate testers that make up eight different configurations. Advanced Testing Technologies Inc. (ATTI) is the OEM and has proprietary rights to the data. The government does not own any data, drawings or equipment relating to the BRAT. The BRAT is made-up of a collection of Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) instruments and components, installed in multi-bay chassis. The multi-bay chassis are listed in Table 1. All reference to the BRAT shall be based on the NSNs with corresponding Part Number (PIN) below: TABLE 1 NSN Part Number 6625-01-446-5795KV B105 6625-01-456-0079KV B105OPT01 6625-01-481-8351KV B105OPT02 6625-01-501-1546KV R205OPT02, 03 6625-01-482-4627KV B303COPT02/04/05 4920-0 l-4 l 3-9279KV B303C 6625-01-482-9520KV RF303COPT04/05 B303C 6625-01-506-5381KV B305B-AOPT02/03/04/05/08 6625-01-453-1147KV B305BOPT02/03/04/05 6625-0l-460-9051KV B305BOPT02/04/05 6625-0l-476-3862KV RF305BJ 6625-0l-454-8121KV R405B-02-03-04-05-06 6625-01-495-6672KV RF405J 6625-01-476-1772LV B504OPTION500 6625-01-469-7107KV B504 6625-01-470-1437KV B507 6625-0l-476-3929KV B507OPTION200 6625-01-511-8739 B511 6625-01-507-9674 B511OPT100
