- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�California City:�Los Angeles Delineated Area: North: Interstate 105 South: 120th Street East: Interstate 405 West: Aviation Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��16,496 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��18,146 Space Type:��Office Parking Spaces (Total):��0 Spaces Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Option Term:��One, 2-Year Option Additional Requirements: Space must be able to accommodate high density file cabinets (160 lbs / SF). Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building.� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, column spacing, length to width ratio no more than 2:1. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. 24/7 HVAC room for 210 SF to be provided. Secure elevator to be provided for Tenant�s use. 9 ft. minimum ceilings are required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).
