- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Oregon City:�Cascade Locks, Hood River and The Dalles Delineated Area:�The urban growth boundary of Cascade Locks, urban growth boundary of Hood River and urban growth boundary of The Dalles Map of Delineated Area:�See Attachment Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�14,160 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�14,560 Space Type:�10,726 Office and 3,410 Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total):�83 (30 Public Parking Spaces, 53 Fenced/Secured Spaces for Government Vehicles, including 5 oversized vehicles). No compact spaces shall be allowed. Parking Spaces (Surface):�83 Parking Spaces (Oversized Vehicles):�5; all five (5) oversized vehicles must be within the fenced parking area.� The following stall sizes are required - three 8 x 11 spaces for Type 6 Fire Trucks, and two 8 x 40 spaces for utility trailers. � Full Term:�120 Months Firm Term:�120 Months Option Term:�Two, 5-year options Additional Requirements:�Ability to install a 75� antenna tower adjacent to the building or affix an antenna to the roof to reach the 75� total height from the ground. Warehouse Space: Must be attached to the office building, or, within 500 feet of the main office building. A loading dock is not a requirement for this procurement. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain, (formerly referred to as 100 year floodplain).
