Description: The prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a resort concession special use permit. A permit to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and improvements, including Zephyr Cove Lodge and Restaurant, Sunset Beach Bar and Grill, Zephyr Cove Marina, Event Plaza, 28 cabins, campground and RV Park, equestrian stables, workshop and storage facility, and Zephyr Shoals area north of the current resort development. Applications in response to this prospectus must be received by close of business (4:30 p.m. PT) on March 31, 2023. �There is a scheduled site visit for October 5th, 2022.
