Amendment No 1: Review/Return one signed copy of �Amendment No 1 - VA Galveston New-Replacing Lease 03-15- 2023� by 4:00 pm, CDT, March 22, 2023. Offers due by April 14, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm, CDT. All clarification questions and inquiries regarding RLP No. 36C25623L0056 must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer and Broker Representatives by 4:00 pm, CDT, March 22,2023. Review the following documents (changes highlighted in yellow): Amendment No 1 - VA Galveston New-Replacing Lease 03-15- 2023 Exhibit B - AGENCY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FINAL SOW- Galveston 3-15-23 Exhibit B.1 - Conceptual Floor Plan Updated (Existing Clinic) Description: The Government is seeking a minimum of 7,942 to a maximum of 9,800 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below. The lease term shall be 10 Years, 5 Years Firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 120 days� prior written notice.
