A. Furnish and Install HV AC per given narrative. B. Demo and Remove existing equipment. (Refrigerant Recovery By Owner) C. Furnish and Install Equipment. D. Furnish and Install Controls. E. Includes Sta1t-up. F. Includes Scale Pay. Price subject to change when provided with the Wage Determination. G. Includes a One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty. Additional warranties as provided by each manufacturer shall apply. Remove existing 15 ton split heat pump and install a 15 ton split heat pump with a 20 kw heat kit. Price will include equipment and labor to install. Unit will be manufactured by ICP Condenser model# CHS 180DA0A00A . Air Handler model# FHS180HAAA2AUA. Heat Kit model# CAELHEAT019A00. Unit has a 10-15 week lead time.�
