Description

Natus EMG UltraPro S100 Solicitation Number: 36C24223Q0460 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 19.14, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C24223Q0460. It is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation. 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 (eff. 12/30/2022) and VAAR Update 2008-34 (eff. 12/21/2022). 4. This requirement is issued Total Set-Aside SD/VOSB. The North American Industry Classification system number is 334510 with a size standard in number 1,250, PSC 6515. 5. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs, Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY, 12208-3410. Submissions shall be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM EST, MONDAY MARCH 20, 2023. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR Part 52.212-1(f).
