This is a Sources Sought Notice only.� This Sources Sought Notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, or a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited, nor is it a guarantee of a forthcoming solicitation or contract.� The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only.� Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.� Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting market research to support the USDA, ARS, SEA, Aquatic Animal Health Research Unit (AAHRU) Auburn, Alabama location.� Seeking: One (1) year Effluent Decontamination System Preventive Maintenance in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). Service visits for a complete inspection including: Inspection of all valves and switches. Check of PLC function. Inspection of vessels and checking incoming valves. Downloading and review of data. Inspection for leaks and discussion of impending major service items if any. Includes checking calibration on all sensors and recalibrating where necessary. Includes training refresher course. Includes one engineer for one day. Travel and expenses for engineer included. Online diagnostics and support is included for one year. One-year EWON Cellular Fee for Online Diagnostics and Support.
