U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Multiple Cities, WA: Amendment No. 1 Request for Lease Proposals No. 0WA2296 State: Washington City: Multiple Cities Delineated Area: Western Boundary: Northbound on Meridian Ave E to Kits Corner Rd S. I-5N to Hwy-18W to Pacific Hwy S northbound. Hwy 518 westbound to Hwy 509N to Hwy 99N. Southern Boundary: Main St E westbound to Cannery Way, north on Summer Heights Dr E, North on Edgewood Dr E. West on 48th St E to Chrisella Rd E northbound. Eastern Boundary: Hwy-90 & I-5 Connection, down I-5S to Southcenter Blvd, straight onto SW Grady Way, up Main St S to Houser Way S along I-405 onto Hwy 169, to Hwy 18 westbound, to 276th Ave SE southbound. Turns into Landsburg Rd SE. East on SE Kent Kensley Rd to SE 272nd St to Hwy 18 southbound. South on A St SE, turns into E Valley Hwy E. West on Elm St E, south down Valley Ave. Northern Boundary: South Royal Brougham Way from Hwy-99N to Hwy-90 & I-5 Connection Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Warehouse Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 � space does not need to be contiguous as long as they are within 1500� of each other and are controlled by the same owner Warehouse Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 120 months Additional Requirements: 16� - 20� ceiling height (20� preferred) Cannot be located adjacent to a daycare, or HAZMAT facilities. Minimum 20� column spacing. Minimum of one 14�H x 14� W roll up motor operated bay doors, on grade.� Trucks must be able to drive into the warehouse. Minimum clear distance of 6� from bay door center line to both walls. Ability to build out 2,000 square feet (ABOA) of office space within the warehouse space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall comply with the Government�s Facility Security Requirements.
