- See the Attachments section for the requirement details.� See the below information for recent Amendments and Q&As recieved for this requirement.� (Part 1.a) This amendment shall revise the duration for extension of the contract listed on page 17 under FAR 52.217-6: The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed (60) months. (Part 1.b) This amendment shall remove the following clauses from the RFQ: Authorized Distributor Letter (ADL) listed on page 3 under clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Grey Market and Counterfeit Items (MAR 2020) listed on page 18 under clause 852.212-72� � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ��All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged (Part 2) This Amendment shall revise section 1.4 Supplies from Attachment A Statement of Work This section has been revised to state: The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary cryogen, except in the event of facility power loss. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � All other statement of work requirements shall remain unchanged (Part 3) Questions and Answers: Please confirm since the government is responsible for any cryogen loss related to a facility power loss. This question has been addressed by part 2 amendment revising the requirement to add ""except in the event of facility power loss"" What is the value of past performance as it relates to the evaluation of proposals? The evaluation factors for this solicitation is lowest-priced quotation that meets all salient characteristics that are both responsive and responsible as listed on page 2 under section (ix) in the RFQ Description document. There is no value for past performance as offers will be evaluated for acceptability and not ranked using any non-cost/price factors such as past performance.� � Just to clarify,� will the technologists at VA Tucson be performing procedures on the mobile MRI and CT? If so, you will require applications training.� We suggest that you train your 3 best qualified technologists on each modality.� We also suggest that the apps trainer spend three days on the first visit and an additional two days approximately two weeks later to answer any technologists questions and do more complex training. �The technologists at VA Tucson will be performing procedures on the MRI and CT.
