- SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods Subscription This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. �Responses to this notice are not offers and the Government cannot accept to form a binding contract. �The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. �Furthermore, those who respond to this Sources Sought should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. �The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. �All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. �The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide a CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods subscription. �The Government is seeking sources who can provide the subscription immediately. I nterested parties must provide proof they can provide CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods subscription. �This is not a request for pricing, rather a request for interested parties to provide evidence that they can provide the exact product as requested. CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods is used within the Logistics Cataloging Data Solutions (LCDS) Portfolio to support the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) Portfolio Workbench (FPW) and FLIS Portfolio Data Warehouse (FPDW). The FPW and FPDW is a suite of tools designed to reduce duplicative workflow, cataloging interfaces, and data sharing systems within the DLA Logistics Information Operations.� CrossVista Team Server plugs directly into WebMethods Integration Server to allow Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) Portfolio Workbench developers to automatically identify any changes or modifications between versions of applications, identify differences in configurations settings between environmental regions to ensure consistent configurations and versioning, and creates automated configuration item lists to be used with enterprise configuration management tools for promotion of code. Interested parties shall furnish the minimum information list below in a PDF document with a three-page limit. ���Name of Company, Unique Entity ID Number, and CAGE Code. � �Point of Contact, Telephone Number, Address, and E- mail address. ���Business size status for NAICS Code 541519. � �Proof they can provide CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods subscription for 12 months. ���State whether the interested party can provide the subscription via GSA Schedule Contract?� If yes, provide GSA� � � contract number. ���State whether the interested party can provide the subscription via a NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract)?� If yes, provide NASA SEWP contract. � �Summary of company history of providing CrossVista Team Server for WebMethods subscription. � �Affirm the company is financially capable of meeting the requirement. ���Any pertinent questions/concerns. Interested parties must send responses to James.K.Simms@dla.mil by 4:00 PM Eastern time on March 22, 2023.� The Government will not review late submissions.
