Amendment to Posting 3/13/2023�Solicitation Amendment 0001 is added to Attachments to respond to questions and add NY ARTCC site plans and bulb replacement information. Amendment to Posting 3/8/2023 Solicitation Amendment 0001 is added to Attachments to clarify FAA's intent to allow offers on single facility site. Amendment to Posting�2/8/2023 Attachments are added to allow visual clarity to drawings in Attachment 3: MMU SOW. The following files are added to this announcement: Furniture Floor Plan.pdf, MMU-D-ATCT-E401.pdf,�MMU-D-ATCT-E402.pdf,�MMU-D-ATCT-E403.pdf The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial services at the New York Air Route Traffic Control Center (NY ARTCC/ Code ZNY) located at 4205 Johnson Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 and the Morristown Air Traffic Control Tower (MMU) located at�1 Airport Rd, Morristown, NJ 07960. This is a firm, fixed price (FFP) procurement set-aside for a Total Small Business for a base plus 4-one year options. Base� � � �07/01/2023 � 06/30/2024 Option 1 07/01/2024 - 06/30/2025 Option 2 07/01/2025 - 06/30/2026 Option 3 07/01/2026 - 06/30/2027 Option 4 07/01/2027 - 06/30/2028 The contractor must furnish all personnel, labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, training/certifications, and other items necessary to provide the janitorial services and must be in accordance with FAA SOWs and DOL Wage Determinations.� Site visit information is provided on page 6 of solicitation document 697DCK-23-R-00007. All Questions/Requests for Information (RFO) must be emailed to melinda.davis@faa.gov (Contracting Officer) no later than�March 2, 2023� at 1300 PM Eastern.� �NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE.��Answers to all questions will be posted on Sam.gov via a Solicitation Amendment. Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in Block 8 of the solicitation document to melinda.davis@faa.gov.� Any responses received after the closing date and time, may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.� This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
