Description: The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, Estonia is seeking a contractor to provide Janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Tallinn Chancery building. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services.
