- ****UPDATED on March 20, 2023 to add in Q A Response document**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial aviation training prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing solicitation RFP number 15F067-23-R-0000024 Aviation Training for various manufacturers� aircraft.� This solicitation utilizes policies contained in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this acquisition.� The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01) was published December 30, 2022. RFP -15F067-23-R-0000024 is issued on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System code is 611512, Flight Training with a small business size standard of $30,000,000. Requirements under this solicitation will be awarded pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5 and other specific requirements as outlined in this RFP with attachments. The Government anticipates awarding multiple five-year, firm-fixed priced (FFP) Pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for Aviation Training Services. Offerors shall include a CAGE Code or DUNS number with their proposal. Description of the Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, incidentals, upgrades, and other services necessary to provide Federal Aviation Regulation certified training. �The required instructional services are flight simulator services associated with a Gulfstream 550, Bombardier Q400, Cessna Grand Caravan 208B aircraft, King Air 90 aircraft, Cessna 182/206 aircraft, Bell 407/429 Helicopter, Sikorsky S-70i/M UH60M helicopter and the Pilatus PC-12 NGX aircraft and maintenance training. See Attachment 2 Statement of Objective. The Government reserves the right to revise or add additional aircraft training services as required. The Contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant agreement and all attachments thereto, all Federal Aviation Administration standards, and federal, state, and local laws. *See Attachments*
