Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Space and Facilities Management (OSFM), Emergency Management and Physical Security Branch (EMPSB) has a need for renewal of Brand Name ResilienceOne annual software support agreement and software license. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13.106 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation, 75N91023Q00053, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 (12/31/2022). This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry�Classification Code (NAICS) 513210 (Software Publisher) for which the business size standard $47M, and Brand Name Only. One Firm-Fixed-Priced award is anticipated to be made in relation to this solicitation.
