Description

USAID Southern Africa is Requesting Quotation�for Supply and Install New Office Furniture for OIG Space The contractor shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: DOWNLOAD: SAM Guidance (PDF 920KB) � The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotes must be sent via email to: mission-pretoriaprocurement@ usaid.gov. Quote reference is REQ-674-23-000118. Closing date to receive quotations is COB on Friday, April 28, 2023. USAID payment terms: An EFT will be made into the company�s bank account, within 30 days after receipt of goods and proper invoice. Advance payments are not authorized. The U.S. Government cannot accept any local terms and conditions or clauses, as they are bound by U.S. Legislation and laws. By submitting a quotation, you are agreeing to waiver your companies� terms and conditions or clauses.
