Description

The United States Air Force Test Center/Directorate of Contracting (AFTC/PZRA), Edwards AFB, CA intends to issue a sole source contract to The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre, 12 Union Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB2 1EZ, United Kingdom, for the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) Enterprise Software License. �The contract will be executed by means of other than full and open competition, due to the need to continue the use of CSD Enterprise Software meet the requirements at Edwards AFB, which is used by the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) Edwards AFB CA. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 USC 1901 - FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available. The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre is the software company for this required. This requirement is to continue licensing for the CSD Enterprise Software, allowing continuous use of the software required for AFRL. Cambridge Crstallographic Data Centre is the only vendor who meets the needs for this requirement.
