Description

The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from potential Partnership Intermediaries, as defined�under 15 U.S.C. � 3715, interested in entering into a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) with�Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) for the purpose of establishing a nationwide�energetics-focused Collaborative Ecosystem. The NSWC IHD requires innovative technological�solutions to address current and future security threats in the surface, subsurface, littoral, and�expeditionary environments. NSWC IHD�s intent is to establish a Partnership Intermediary Agreement�(PIA) with a single Partnership Intermediary (PI), a legal entity that meets the definition provided 15�U.S.C. � 3715. The PI will sign a multi-party PIA with NSWC IHD and other Federal and DoD Laboratories.��This PI will work with all Parties to establish Collaborative Efforts and Partnering Agreements that�supports the needs of the Federal and DoD laboratories for innovative solutions to Government Requirements.� See attached file for additional information.
