- AMENDMENT 0001 issued on 21 March 2023. The purpose of this amendment is to update the specifications and plans. Please see Amendment 0001 attached for further details. ************************************************************************ This acquisition is proceeding as a Historically Underutilized Business�Zones (HUBZone) Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will�be conducted under PSC CODE: Z1QA, NAICS Code: 237990. The size�standard for this code is $39,500,000. All questions should be directed to�the Contract Specialist, Dennis Neal: james.neal@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Project is located along Dry Creek, just�downstream of Warm Springs Dam near Healdsburg, Sonoma County,�California and is part of a larger Dry Creek ecosystem restoration effort by�both USACE and Sonoma Water to restore over six miles of stream and�floodplain habitat. While much of this ecosystem restoration has�previously been completed by Sonoma Water and USACE, this project is�the second of three phases of construction that will restore approximately�2.6 miles (47 acres) of stream and floodplain restoration during 2021-2024. This requirement is for a Historically Underutilized Business Zones�(HUBZone) Set-Aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which�will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Clauses 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site�Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work Site Investigations and�Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as�a result of the forthcoming solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are�urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) (a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for 21 March 2023 at 10:00 AM PST. Each contractor is limited to TWO (2) personnel for the site visit. The meeting location is as follows: 550 West Side Road LOG STOCKPILE AREA Healdsburg, CA 95448 If possible, please provide notification by 3:00 PM PST on 17 March 2022 to the contract specialist, Dennis Neal, at james.neal@usace.army.mil if you are planning to attend the site visit.
