Description

The U. S. Food & Drug Administration, (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS) has a requirement to procure a CDER-2023-117519-ss-Osmolality Module Upgrade for High THRU-Put Nutrient Analyzer on a sole source basis.�This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items. This requirement is being solicited as a Sole Source Procurement, pursuant to the authority of 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, (there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award this Sole Source purchase order to Nova Biomedical Inc.
