Description

This is a�presolicitation notice only in compliance with FAR part 5.2.� We expect to� publish a solicitation approximately�28�MAR 2023.� BPA start date is expected to be 5 MAY 2023.� No service is required. This is a supply BPA.� (Military units will serve themselves)� The Indiana National Guard intendes to�issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to small businesses in order to establish a single award, pre-priced, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 13.303 for (off site) catered meals at�Muscatatuck Urban Training Center�Butlerville, IN 47223.�� The contractor shall manufacture bulk catered meals at own facility.� Meal recipe and portion size shall be made to the specifications found at TM 10-412.� TM 10-412 can be found at the following websites:� https://quartermaster.army.mil/jccoe/publications/recipes/cover.pdf� and https://quartermaster.army.mil/jccoe/publications/food_links.html No Government furnished equipment is available to vendor.� Equipment incidental to the place of delivery, such as a walk in cooler, may be available with prior coordination with Contracting Officer Representative but is not guaranteed. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certification in their SAM registration are accurate and current. More information will be available within the actual solicitation.�
