The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Pittsburgh VA is seeking potential sources for the follow Brand Name only Items BRAND NAME ONLY: ITEM Quantity MetroMax i MX2460G Plastic Industrial Shelf with Grid Mat, 24"" x 60"" 24 MetroMax i MX2460G Plastic Industrial Shelf with Grid Mat, 24"" x 60"" 12 Metro MXTTE18 Top-Track Stationary End Unit Kit for 18"" Wide MetroMax Shelving, Polymer Posts 1 Metro MXTTM24C Top-Track Mobile Unit Kit for 24"" Wide MetroMax Shelving, Polymer Posts, Plated Casters 4 Metro TTS13NA Top-Track Overhead Track Shelving Track Set, 13' 1 Installation & Product Relocation Receive, deliver, assemble, install. Includes labor, truck fees and factory freight charges. 1 Pick up 4 pieces of Eagle Grid from VA-HZ-ID Warehouse Deliver and Install 1 Tear Down Existing 10'-0"" High Density Unit Deliver to VA-HZ-49 ID warehouse 1 The government is in the process of acquiring specialized office furniture for our storage areas for the University Drive, Building 1 Hybrid OR Project as well as labor support to install the new furniture. Product will be delivered to our University Drive Campus location as specified in this document. A brief overview of the requirements: Building 1 University Drive -OR Suite All installation to be performed in Room 3N113 Disassemble existing High Density storage unit (10 -0 above track) -Deliver to VA-Heinz Campus Bldg 49 ID Warehouse Provide new storage as specified Pick up 4 sheets of eagle grid from VA-Heinz Campus-Bldg 49 ID warehouse deliver and install. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
