Description

The purpose of this contract action is to procure the necessary equipment and ancillary services to modernize a U.S. partner nation� AN/TPS 77 Ground Base Air Surveillance Radar System participating in the Building Partner Capacity Program.�� This contract was awarded without providing full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justitifcation and approval document was approved and is available as an attachment to this notice, IAW FAR 6.305. This contract is primarily firm fixed priced, with only two�cost reimbursable (no-fee) type CLINs to procure Travel and Transportation services allowing for a balanced risk allocation between the Government and the contractor. �A contract type Determination and Findings has been approved.
