Introduction: The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry that the FAA intends to compete the subject requirement between Unruh Fire Inc, Global ARFF Services, and Firetruck Unlimited .� A full and open competition opportunity is not available.� Under this acquisition the FAA will procure for the manufacture and delivery of �a customized Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) Vehicle. �2.� Incumbent Contractor: There is no incumbent contractor for this procurement. 3.� Nature of Competition: Issued as an unrestricted solicitation between�Unruh Fire Inc., Global ARFF Services,� and Firetruck Unlimited 4.� General Information: � � �a) This is not a Screening Information Request or Request for Proposals of any kind; � � �b). The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals; � � �c) The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred� in preparing the response to the market survey; and � � �d)� Any costs associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor�s expense
