Description

Please take notice that a protest of RFP No. 47QSCC23R0002 has been filed in the Court of Federal Claims. �National Industries for the Blind v. United States, No. 23-145 (Fed. Cl.).� Please direct any communications regarding the protest to the court or to the Department of Justice. --- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial Platform (CP) solicitation. The program seeks to provide commercial B2B online shopping capabilities for agency Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders for the purchase of routine, commercial items. The solicitation package closely aligns with the Request for Information released earlier this year under notice ID 47QSCC22N0007, and with the draft RFP released under notice ID 47QSCC22R0028. Questions may be submitted at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeGmZpnF379hWdQy0bqnEmQunO-zGNnOFxo-S1nf6BmAnTWzg/viewform?usp=sf_link no later than January 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.� Questions received and GSA�s responses to those questions will be posted to www.SAM.gov. Amendment 0003 is posted on January 24, 2023 with changes to the soliciation and extending due date to February 3, 2023.
