There is no bid package or solicitation.�� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to compete a requirement to provide Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) for several construction services of NAICS code 236220. �Seeking multiple highly qualified self-performing qualified vendors and interested parties in any of the following categories: U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), SBA certified HUB Zone, SBA certified Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), SBA certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and SBA certified Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) sources with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability of performing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for construction services at Francis S. Gabreski ANGB, New York. The agency intends to procure multiple BOAs that will enable the award of Calls in the range of $2,000 - $1M for specialized work including works inside the military installation. Based upon this survey, a decision will be made whether to issue the proposed solicitation as a set-aside for the types of firms indicated above or to issue as full and open. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a bid as a prime contractor no later than 7 April 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include: A positive statement of intent to bid. A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
