Description

Project Title: INWS Poles Project Number: JKSE 222412 The Montana Air National Guard, 120th Airlift Wing intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to support a construction project for the purchase and installation of INWS Poles to Sabre Communications Corp, 7101 Southbridge Dr, Sioux City, IA 51111-1000. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to complete the w ork as described in this Statement of Work. Work location is at the Montana Air National Guard, GTF International Airport, Great Falls, MT. The contract duration will be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list items.� This project is unrestricted.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237130, with a small business size standard of $36,500,000.��Project magnitude is betw een $100,000 and $250,000. This actionis being taken in accordancewith FAR 6.302-1(A)(2)(iii) ""When sthe supplies or services required byt he agency are available for only one responsible source""""For DoD, NASA, and the Coast Guard, services may bedeemed to be available from the original source int he case of follow-on contracts for the continued provisiou of highly specialized services when itis likely that award to any other source would result in -(A)Substantial duplication ofcost tothe Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition""
