- This Special Notice is being posted under multiple NAICS Codes (541611 and 541990) to reach the widest small business audience possible. NOTICE: This Interagency Special Notice is released by the Directors for the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) for the following agencies: U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Commerce, and the National Science Foundation. These participating agencies have federal statistical agencies responsible for collecting, researching, analyzing, and disseminating data for statistical purposes for use by governments, businesses, researchers, and the public. These Federal statistical agencies share many common challenges, including an inadequate small business supplier base to meet their needs. The OSDBU directors and Executive leaders for the federal statistical agencies formed a collaborative task force known as the Interagency Executive Roundtable (IER) to discuss these challenges and explore possible solutions.
