- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to William S. Hein & Co., Inc. (UEI: Y879L3NDL3W7) for HeinOnline Core Plus Collections U.S. subscription product.� This effort will provide the FCC Library HeinOnline�s exclusive content of the Congressional Record from 1873 to current, access the .pdf of the FCC Record, and 1st and 2nd Reports Series.� The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period of 05/16/2023 � 05/15/2024 plus four (4), one-year option periods.� Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source., the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Any challenges to this sole source requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the Government's needs as stated herein.
