Descriptive literature must be included describing the proposed equipment in sufficient detail as to determine conformance with solicitation requirements. TERMS OF DELIVERY ARE F.O.B. DESTINATIONS TO: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc.,,(Oakdale) 2105 E Whatley Rd Oakdale, LA 71463-2199 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �The solicitation number is CT2333-23, and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. �The North American Industry Classification System code is 423830, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. This requirement is 100% set-aside Small Business. �UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm fixed-price, Definite Delivery/ Definite Quantity type contract. Product: Commercial Air Compressor-Brand Name or Equal See Section B for List of Items.
