Major Construction Project Western New York National Cemetery - Phase 1C The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Edit SAM.gov to update the Classification set-aside as SDVOSB and to identify that the Place of Performance is at 1254 Indian Falls Road, Pembroke, NY. 2. Extend the RFI due date to March 28, 2023 at 4:30PM EDT. 3. The Proposal due date is hereby extended to April 21, 2023 at 4:30PM EDT. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. See Amendment 0001 attached.
