- This is a request for information for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This request is being published to identify potential sources capable to provide a vast selection and wide range of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and AV product solutions and services landscape. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed for the requirement is 541512- Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard in $30Million dollars.� Interested parties are requested to submit a statement of capability outlining the capabilities related to this requirement as stated below. The statement of capability shall include: Company name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone, and FAX numbers, website address (if available), and the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a point of contact have the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with Government representatives. Name, title, telephone number, and e-mail addresses of individuals who can verify the demonstrated capabilities identified in the responses. Business size for NAICS 541512 and status. If qualified as an 8(a) firm, the company must be certified by SBA, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business must be listed in the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages. DUNS number, EUI number, CAGE Code, Tax Identification Number, and company structure (Corporation, LLC, partnership, joint venture, etc.). Companies must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM www.sam.gov) to be considered potential sources. The statement of capability shall be UNCLASSIFIED and clearly delineate the interested Scope Category. 1 Capability Statement referencing all interested Scope Categories (category A, B, &/or C) is acceptable. For Category A Submissions: Interested Parties must demonstrate within their capability statement the ability to provide the full extent of products and solutions listed for all Category A: Technical Areas. For Category B Submissions: Interested Parties� capability statement must demonstrate experience in four or more of the listed Category B: Technical Areas. For Category C Submissions: Interested Parties� capability statement must describe their experience in two or more of the listed Category C: Technical Areas. Any information provided to the Government because of this request for information is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise because of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from the industry�s responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP (if applicable). The company's standard format is acceptable; however, the limit for all responses is not to exceed four (4) single-sided pages. Electronic submission (email) is required.��Responses shall be received no later than April 7, 12:00 pm Eastern Time Zone. NOTE: E-mail submissions are subject to size and type restrictions (typically limited to less than 2 megabytes in size and only non-executable attachments such as .doc or .pdf files) as well as any other appropriate network security measures. The respondent is responsible for verifying the e-mail was received and can be viewed. All responses must address each of the above-stated requirements.
