**PLease see the attachments for complete RFI Details** The Department of Defense's (DoD) Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is issuing this Request for Information(RFI) for Adjunct Professors.� As permitted by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 �Market Research�, and FAR 15.201(e) �Exchanges with industry before receipt of proposals�, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFP or RFQ. Attached you will find: 1) The formal RFI with Submissions Instructions. Responses must include the information requested in this attachment, and be submitted via email to misty.g.darland.civ@mail.mil� no later than 12:00 p.m. ET on (Thursday) 30 March 2023.
