Description: This is a Non-personnel services contract to provide Accreditation of the Region Fire Fighting Training Center, develop and implement training materials and class schedules to train local national fire fighters and perform final testing and certification. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Please see attached RFP for further Instructions.
