Description

The purpose of this amendment 0001 is change the Statement of Work (SOW), dated 03/07/2023 to delete the Carbon Filter Replacement and the DI Tank Exchange requirements. Amendment 0001 also changes the date and replaces the current SOW, dated 03/07/2023 with SOW, dated 03/24/2023. The closing date for this RFQ has not been extended and remains at 03/28/2023, 3PM, EST. Please see the attached Amendment 0001, RFQ 36C24823Q0711 and Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW), dated 03/24/2023. Amendment 0001 must be acknowledged in writing along with the RFQ quote response. Failure to submit the required signed amendment may result in the Government s inability to accept your quote.
