- Please be advised that Amendment 0014 of SPE605-21-R-206 (2022 COG 2 March 2023 Wrap Up) is hereby posted on SAM.gov.� The closing date is 7 April 2023 at 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. This amendment is for 11 new requirements in Maine, New York, New York, and Pennsylvania. All offers are to be posted in OET.
