Project: Foster Joseph Sayer Dam Emergency Gate Replacement and Leaf Gates Removal and Disposal, Centre County, Pennsylvania. The project will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside, firm fixed-price contract procured in accordance with FAR Part 13,�Simplified Acquisition Procedures, via a request for quotation (RFQ) with the selection decision made on a lowest priced, technically�acceptable bassis from a responsible offeror.
