Description

This special notice serves as a notice of intent to award a Brand Name requirement to CARAHSOFT TECHNOLOGY CORP (11493 Sunset Hills RD, STE 100, Reston, Virginia 20190-5230) for Chorus Intelligence Software licenses for use by U.S. Border Patrol, HQ Intelligence Division. The Contractor shall provide Chorus Foundation Layer, Search, Hub and Capture software licenses as well as access to technical support and end user assistance. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate for a brand name item, Chorus Intelligence Software, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by�March 29, 2023 at 12:00pm Eastern time.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company�s capabilities information to the attention of Contract Specialist Robert Kay by the required response date.� Only email submissions sent to the following address will be accepted: Robert.J.Kay@cbp.dhs.gov.� No phone calls.� Information submitted should fully support the company�s capability to perform the services required.
