The following items are being procured: Base: Conduct SBC Evaluation (Qty 1) Option 1: Conduct SBC Repair (Qty 1) Option 2: Conduct SBC Evaluation (Qty 3) Option 3: Conduct SBCRepair (Qty 3) The period of performance for this purchase order will be two (2) years after award of purchase order.
