Description

1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Bridge (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii has a requirement to provide Refuse and Recyclables Collection and Disposal Services for the United States Army Reserve Theater Support Group, on the Island of Maui, Hawaii. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following: refuse collection and disposal and recyclables collection and disposal. 2) Background: This is a follow-on procurement for contract number W912CN- 18-C-0015, awarded to Maui Disposal Co., Inc. The current contract is in the final option year ending on 30 June 2023. Refuse and Recyclable collection and disposal services are required to maintain base cleanliness and operations in support of the mission for the United States Army Reserve Theater Support Group. 3) Contract Set aside: This action will be solicited unrestricted. 4) Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024 with four (4) one-year options. 5) Interested Vendors are highly encourage to obtain the following documents since it will be required upon submission of quotes: a) All prospective vendors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The small business size standard is $38.5M. 6) RCO- Hawaii will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Refuse and Recycling Collection and Disposal Services, Island of Maui, Hawaii.
