� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina County: Edgefield County Delineated Area: County Limits of Edgefield County SC: From Colliers: North on SC-230 to SC-23 East on SC-23 to US 25 North on US 25 to SC-430 South on SC-430 to SC-23 East SC-23 to SC 19-148 South SC 19-148 to SC 19-18 South SC 19-18 to US 25 South US 25 to SC 19-120 East SC 19-120 to SC 19-34 South SC 19-34 to SC 19-143 West SC 19-143 to SC-230 North SC-230 to Colliers Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,731 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,731 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: 11 parking spaces must be secured/fenced. In the absence of local code, parking should also be able to accommodate 6 vehicles per 1,000 SF requested. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.� Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of �non-productive agency downtime� in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Edgefield, South Carolina that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Action: For FBO postings, delete �offers due;� for procurement summary, keep �offers due� and delete �(estimated)� from dates.
