Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: FAR Authority permitting other than full and open competition for procurement of these services is 10. U.S.C. �2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (iii). The Government intends to solicit only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this solicitation by submitting an offer, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.� Any offers received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: RH Propulsion Hub & Coupling for Dredge Wheeler 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing J020 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Ship and Marine Equipment Complete disassembly and inspection of a used hub and the coupling to determine all necessary repairs and a written inspection report along with all recommended repairs and proposed quote to perform these repairs.
